Jinaan Media Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers RyzeDesk and the website ryzedesk.com (the “Service”) to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions and notices contained or incorporated by reference herein. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit immediately and discontinue any use of the Service.

01Modifications to the Service and These Terms

Jinaan Media Global reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update or discontinue the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Service is offered, and the content, information, prices and any other materials offered via the Service, at any time. By your continued use of the Service following such modifications, alterations, or updates you agree to be bound by them.

The Service is owned and operated by Jinaan Media Global. Unless otherwise specified, all materials on the Service, trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Jinaan Media Global and are protected by the copyright laws of Indonesia and throughout the world by applicable copyright laws. No materials published by Jinaan Media Global, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission.

03Grant of License

Jinaan Media Global grants you the right to access and use the Service solely for your lawful purposes for the duration of this Agreement. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any component of the Service
• Create derivative works based on any component of the Service
• Allow any third party to use or have access to any component of the Service

04User Accounts & Google Sign-In

You access the Service by signing in with a Google account. You will be asked to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Google credentials, for the accuracy of the profile information Google shares with us, and for all activity that occurs under your account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any entity

05Support

As a user of our services, you may contact support by emailing us at support@jinaan.io. Higher support tiers may be subject to a separate agreement with Jinaan Media Global.

06Electronic Communications

You agree that Jinaan Media Global may send electronic mails to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to the Service, or for such other purposes as we deem appropriate. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, please use the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

07Termination

Jinaan Media Global, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if:

• We suspect that you are endangering our services or platform
• You commit any material breach of your obligations under this Agreement
• You cease to carry on business or become unable to pay your debts
• You have or may become incapable of performing your obligations under this Agreement

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

08Warranties and Liability

Jinaan Media Global warrants to and undertakes with you that:

• We will use our reasonable efforts to provide the services and to exercise reasonable care and skill in accordance with these Terms
• We have full right and power to provide the services to you in accordance with these Terms

09Your Obligations and Warranties

You warrant to and undertake with Jinaan Media Global that:

• You will not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Your content will not contain a virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful code
• Your content will not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, malicious, obscene, pornographic, profane, libellous, or defamatory under the laws of any jurisdiction where the service can be accessed
• You will not violate any local, state, national, or international law
• You will not infringe upon intellectual property rights
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• You will not spam, harass, or abuse other users
• You will not use automated tools to access the service without permission

10AI-Generated Answers

Answers generated by the Service are based on the sources connected to your workspace and are provided for assistance. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing answers before relying on them, particularly for decisions affecting customers or compliance.

11Security

Jinaan Media Global shall take all reasonable steps to prevent security breaches in its servers’ interaction with you and security breaches in the interaction with resources or users outside of any firewall that may be built into our servers.

12Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused, or sold to any other parties. We only use your personal information to provide our services to you.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Jinaan Media Global harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of, based on, or in connection with:

• Your access and/or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Jinaan Media Global assumes no responsibility for accuracy, correctness, timeliness, or content of the materials provided through the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinaan Media Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service, and freedom from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinaan Media Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, service interruptions or errors, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your content. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jinaan Media Global.
• Severability: if any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
• Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
