Google Sign-In data. When you sign in to RyzeDesk with Google, we receive from Google your account name, email address, profile picture (if you have one), and a Google account identifier. We request only the basic profile information needed to create and identify your account. We never receive your Google password, and we never post to or read from your Google account.

Workspace content. Content you or your integrations place in RyzeDesk (documents, repository content, support conversations, and other sources you connect) is processed to provide the Service.

Automatically collected information. We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

• Device information (type, model, operating system)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
• Usage data (features used, time spent, interactions)
