Logging In and Out

This guide covers how to log in and out of your account. You need this when accessing your account for the first time or when you want to secure your session by logging out.

Before you start

• Ensure you have your account credentials (username and password) ready.
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

How to Log In

1. Open your web browser and go to the login page of the application.
2. Enter your username in the designated field.
3. Enter your password in the password field.
4. Click the "Log In" button.
5. If prompted, complete any additional authentication steps, such as entering a code sent to your email or phone.

How to Log Out

1. Locate the user menu, usually found in the top right corner of the application.
2. Click on the user menu to open a dropdown list.
3. Select the "Log Out" option from the dropdown list.
4. Confirm the action if prompted to ensure you want to log out.

If something goes wrong

• Forgotten Password: If you can't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
• Incorrect Credentials: Double-check your username and password for typos. Ensure that Caps Lock is off and try again.
• Login Page Not Loading: Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
