Viewing Analytics

To gain insights into how your forms are performing and understand user engagement, you can view analytics through the application. This is useful when you need to assess the effectiveness of your forms and make data-driven decisions.

Before you start

• Ensure you have an active account and are logged in.
• You should have at least one form created. Refer to the "Creating a New Form" article if needed.

Steps to View Analytics

1. Log in to your account by entering your username and password, then click 'Log In'.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'Analytics' section from the dashboard.
3. In the 'Analytics' section, browse through the available reports to find the one you need.
4. Click on the desired report to open it.
5. Review the data and insights presented in the report to understand form performance and user engagement.

If something goes wrong

• Cannot find the 'Analytics' section: Ensure you have the necessary permissions. Check with your administrator if you have access to view analytics.
• No data appearing in reports: Verify that forms have been submitted. If forms are new, there may not be enough data yet.
• Error loading a report: Refresh the page or try accessing the report again later. If the issue persists, contact your administrator for further assistance.
