The Tax Code object

Attributes

• id string Unique identifier for the object.
• object string, value is "tax_code" String representing the object’s type. Objects of the same type share the same value.
• description string A detailed description of which types of products the tax code represents.
• name string A short name for the tax code.
• requirements nullable object Preview feature An object that describes more information about the tax location required for this tax code. Some tax codes require a tax location of type performance to calculate tax correctly.

Retrieve a tax code

GET / v1 / tax_codes /:id

Retrieves the details of an existing tax code. Supply the unique tax code ID and Stripe will return the corresponding tax code information.

Parameters

No parameters.

Returns

Returns a tax code object if a valid identifier was provided.
