Stripe provides the integration with Mailchimp through Connect embedded components for Stripe Apps built by a third party developer. This allows you to offer the capability to your users without needing to build or maintain your own integration.

Features
Mailchimp supports the following features:
- Send current and future customer data to Mailchimp automatically.
- Trigger automations and manage audience tags in Mailchimp in response to activities such as purchases, subscriptions, or refunds
- Enhance their marketing by targeting segments based on historical data and spending
Supported Connect types and funds flows
Mailchimp sync supports all Connect types and funds-flows, including Standard, Express, Custom, and Unified Accounts - with Direct Charges or Destination Charges and On-behalf-of.
The app synchronizes all relevant Stripe objects that exist on the connect account. The data is augmented by writing to metadata per the metadata schema.
