Allow connected accounts to view and manage their hardware orders.

The Terminal hardware orders component displays a connected account’s hardware order history and gives the account access to hardware order management actions.

Connected accounts can use the component to:

Filter and page through hardware orders.
Select an order to review its items, payment, shipping, and tracking details.
Track a shipment when tracking information is available.
Start or review an eligible return or warranty claim.

Understand which orders appear

The component only shows orders placed by the connected account. This includes orders placed in the Terminal hardware shop component.

Orders that your platform places using the Hardware Ordering API belong to the platform and don’t appear in the connected account’s order history.

Integrate the terminal hardware orders component

When you create an Account Session, enable the Terminal hardware orders embedded component by specifying terminal_hardware_orders in the components parameter.
