Adds support for 21 new countries to the Tax Registration API

Adds support for Albania, Angola, Armenia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Congo (DR), Guinea, Mauritania, Montenegro, Nepal, North Macedonia, Peru, Senegal, Suriname, Tajikistan, Uganda, Uruguay, Zambia and Zimbabwe in the Tax Registration API.
Impact
This change expands the geographic coverage of the Tax Registration resource to include 21 additional countries. It allows businesses operating in or selling to these countries to register and manage their tax information through Stripe.

Upgrade
- View your current API version in Workbench.
- If you use an SDK, upgrade to the corresponding SDK version for this API version.
- If you don’t use an SDK, update your API requests to include Stripe-Version: 2024-12-18. acacia
- Upgrade the API version used for webhook endpoints .
- Test your integration against the new version.
- If you use Connect, test your Connect integration .
- In Workbench, perform the upgrade . You can roll back the version for 72 hours.
