Adds MB WAY to payment method configurations

You can now enable and set up the Portuguese local payment method MB WAY in Payment Method Configurations.
Impact
You can now define a payment method configuration to include MB WAY, a popular payment method in Portugal, in dynamic payment method selection. Stripe dynamically presents payment methods to customers at checkout based on specific factors, such as locality and conversion rate.

Upgrade
- View your current API version in Workbench.
- If you use an SDK, upgrade to the corresponding SDK version for this API version.
- If you don’t use an SDK, update your API requests to include Stripe-Version: 2025-10-29. clover
- Upgrade the API version used for webhook endpoints .
- Test your integration against the new version.
- If you use Connect, test your Connect integration .
- In Workbench, perform the upgrade . You can roll back the version for 72 hours.
