Credit grants can now be applied to specific prices
What’s new
When you create a credit grant, you can now define the scope of credit grants to cover a list of specific prices or a price_type to apply to the credit grant. You must specify either prices or price_type when you create the credit grant. Currently, you can only specify metered prices in the prices list and only metered is supported for the price_type.
Impact
This change enables granular control over which prices a credit grant can apply to. The new fields allow you to retrieve a balance summary for all credit grants that apply to a given list of prices.

Upgrade
- View your current API version in Workbench.
- If you use an SDK, upgrade to the corresponding SDK version for this API version.
- If you don’t use an SDK, update your API requests to include Stripe-Version: 2025-02-24. acacia
- Upgrade the API version used for webhook endpoints .
- Test your integration against the new version.
- If you use Connect, test your Connect integration .
