Adds fulfilment error to issuing card cancellation and replacement reasons
What’s new
Adds the fulfillment_error enum value for the cancellation_reason and replacement_reason properties on the Issuing cards API.
If a physical card was cancelled and reissued due to fulfilment issues, the retrieve a card endpoint returns a fulfillment_error status.
Impact
If your Issuing cards integration reads cancellation_reason and replacement_reason, you now must also support fulfillment_error.

Upgrade
- View your current API version in Workbench.
- If you use an SDK, upgrade to the corresponding SDK version for this API version.
- If you don’t use an SDK, update your API requests to include Stripe-Version: 2026-04-22. dahlia
- Upgrade the API version used for webhook endpoints .
- Test your integration against the new version.
- If you use Connect, test your Connect integration .
