Customize the appearance of your forms to align with your brand or project theme. This guide helps you change fonts and add cover images to make your forms visually appealing and engaging.

Before you start

Ensure you have created a form. If not, see the article "Creating Your First Form."

Steps to Customize Form Appearance

Log in to the Application Access your account by entering your credentials on the login page.
Navigate to the Forms Section Use the sidebar menu to go to the forms section where all your forms are listed.
Select the Form to Customize Click on the form you want to customize from the list.
Open the Form Editor Once the form is selected, click on the 'Edit' button to open the form editor.
Change the Font

In the form editor, locate the font settings.
Choose your preferred font from the available options.
Preview the changes to ensure the font matches your desired style.

Add a Cover Image

Find the cover image section in the form editor.
Click 'Upload Image' and select an image from your device.
Adjust the image placement as needed to fit the form layout.

Save Your Changes After customizing the font and cover image, click 'Save' to apply the changes to your form.
Preview the Form Use the 'Preview' option to see how the form looks with the new customizations.
Share Your Form Once satisfied, share your form using the options available in the "Sharing Your Form" article.

If Something Goes Wrong

Font Not Changing: Ensure you have selected a font from the available list and clicked 'Save.' If the issue persists, refresh the page and try again.
Image Upload Fails: Check the image format and size. Supported formats are the related setting and PNG. If the image is too large, try resizing it before uploading.
Changes Not Saving: Verify your internet connection and ensure you are logged in. If the problem continues, log out and log back in, then repeat the steps.
