Amazon Pay is a single-use payment method where customers are required to authenticate their payment. Customers are redirected from your website or app, authorize the payment with Amazon, then return to your website or app. You get immediate notification of whether the payment succeeded or failed.

Determine compatibility

To support Amazon Pay payments, a Checkout Session must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Prices for all line items must be in the same currency.
If you have line items in different currencies, create separate Checkout Sessions for each currency.

Enable Amazon Pay as a payment method

When creating a new Checkout Session, you need to:

Enable Amazon Pay in your Dashboard. Stripe automatically displays Amazon Pay to eligible customers using dynamic payment methods . If you currently specify payment _ method _ types , see the migration guide .
Make sure all line _ items use the same currency.
