Resetting Your Canva Password

If you forget your Canva password, you can easily reset it to regain access to your account. This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your password and get back to designing.

Steps to reset your Canva password

1. Open the Canva website in your browser.
2. Click on the "Log In" button at the top right corner of the homepage.
3. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field.
4. Enter the email address linked to your Canva account and click "Send."
5. Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Canva.
6. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" link provided.
7. Enter a new password in the password reset page and confirm it by typing it again.
8. Click "Submit" to save your new password.
9. Return to the Canva login page and log in using your email and new password.

If something goes wrong

• No email received: Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, ensure you entered the correct email address. Try resending the password reset email.
