Adds customer ID to payment method preview on a confirmation token

Lets you access customer-specific information during the preview stage of the confirmation process.
Added
payment_method_preview nullable object
Payment details collected by the Payment Element, used to create a PaymentMethod when a PaymentIntent or SetupIntent is confirmed with this ConfirmationToken.
Impact
This change gives you the option to display customer information during checkout.

Upgrade
- View your current API version in Workbench.
- If you use an SDK, upgrade to the corresponding SDK version for this API version.
- If you don’t use an SDK, update your API requests to include Stripe-Version: 2024-09-30. acacia
- Upgrade the API version used for webhook endpoints .
- Test your integration against the new version.
- If you use Connect, test your Connect integration .
- In Workbench, perform the upgrade . You can roll back the version for 72 hours.
