1. Prepare to launch

Before you launch:

  • Confirm your Connect branding settings.
  • Decide whether Stripe or your platform sends offer emails.
  • Make sure connected accounts can access offers, manage active financing, and view past financing after repayment.
  • Prepare connected account support for questions about offers, funding, repayment, and account access.
  • Update connected account reporting to account for Capital activity, or provide separate Capital reporting.
  • Complete the Capital onboarding flow, including the applicable contract and e-sign policy.

2. Test your integration

Use a sandbox to test the complete connected account lifecycle.

  • Test offer delivery and application access.
  • Test acceptance, payout, paydown, and repayment.
  • Confirm that reporting and webhook handling work as expected.
  • Test your embedded components or Account Link behavior, if applicable.
  • Submit required customer-facing experiences for review.

Plan marketing and communications

Before you publish customer-facing Capital content:

  • Review the marketing guidance.
  • Submit custom emails, marketing, landing pages, and in-product copy for required review.
  • Resolve review feedback before publishing or sending customer-facing materials.

Meet regulatory requirements

  • Review the regulatory compliance guidelines for your launch market.
  • Confirm that your customer experience, disclosures, and communications meet the applicable requirements.

4. Activate and monitor

You’re ready to launch when your production integration is approved, tested, and supported.

  • If available for your integration, send a manual first offer and validate the live experience.
  • Activate automatic offers after completing the required approval steps.
  • Monitor offers, funded financing, reporting, and support feedback.
  • Review the initial launch cohort before expanding your program.
